Alpha Build early interest

This notice explains how the Game Developers Association of Greece handles the details you leave through the Alpha Build early interest form.

Data controller: The association named "Game Developers Association of Greece" (Σύλλογος Δημιουργών Ψηφιακών Παιχνιδιών Ελλάδος).
Processing purposes: The organization shares information and announcements regarding Alpha Build activities, along with other gatherings it arranges.
Legal foundation: The processing relies on your voluntary agreement.
Data retention: Information is maintained for up to one year following your submission, or when you withdraw, whichever occurs sooner.
Data categories: The association collects your email address and, optionally, your name and organization.
Data sharing: Information goes exclusively to the association's event mailing list platform (e.g. Mailchimp or equivalent), and no other third parties.
Your protections: You may request access to your records, ask for corrections to incomplete or incorrect information, ask to limit how your data is used, or request complete deletion, including removal from the mailing list.
Making requests: Contact the association in writing, or by email at alphabuild@gamedev.gr.
Regulatory recourse: You may submit a complaint to Greece's data protection authority at www.dpa.gr.
